A Measurement of the Sharing of Humor Among Humans

Wow, apparently an anonymous (Ambrose Bierce-like) late 19th-century cataloger of humanness attempted to diagramaitcally display the sharing of humor among people. Although the resulting images are all unexplained, unindexed, and left to a logical imagination, we somehow still get a sense of where they want to get. They give us evidence of classic infographic(s).
